Refund Policy

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to all paid courses purchased on the EduLingo platform (edulingo.info). This policy does not apply to free courses or free downloadable resources.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid when all of the following conditions are met simultaneously: • The refund request is submitted within 7 days from the date of successful payment. • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content (calculated by the number of lessons marked as completed). • You have not downloaded any paid resources included with the course.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

EduLingo does not issue refunds in the following cases: • The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the payment date. • You have completed more than 20% of the course content. • You have downloaded paid resources included with the course. • The course has been gifted or transferred to another person. • Violation of EduLingo's terms of use (account sharing, content copying, etc.).

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps: 1. Send an email to hello@edulingo.info with the subject: "Refund Request — [Order Code]". 2. Include in the email: your full name, registered email, order code, course name, and reason for the refund. 3. The EduLingo team will confirm and respond within 3 business days. 4. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days from approval.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be transferred to the bank account used for payment. For QR/bank transfer payments, you need to provide your receiving account information (bank name, account number, account holder name). EduLingo is not responsible for any transaction fees incurred by your bank.

6. Policy Changes

EduLingo reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page. The policy in effect at the time of payment will apply to that order.
